Flavor infused vinegars and olive oils. We're rather fortunate here in that we're very close to wine country, so excellent infused vinegar is easy to find. Going low-sodium/low-carb/low-fat for our household meant trying to find new ways to flavor food, especially since we've tripled our veggie consumption. The Olive Press in Napa and Amphora in Berkeley have spectacular vinegars and olive oils and just a tiny bit can flavor any dish. I probably have nine bottles of vinegar and close to as many different olive oils in the kitchen!

I love premier protein products. The shakes, the bars and the fiber bars. I eat the giver bars as my nighttime snack at least 50% of the time.

Microwaving bacon, cuts calories to 25 and fat to 1.8 per slice
Vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and walnuts
Bran buds. A serving is only 80 calories, 13 fiber, and helps keep me regular
Goya rice and black bean recipe, I am addicted right now

Low fat Greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese. Yum! I eat them both nearly every day now.

Right now I'm loving 2% cottage cheese with a banana on top and two dashes of cinnamon. Yum.

This sounds lush - gotta try it!

Premier protein shakes are amazing! I love the chocolate ones. Plus, I realized adding more protein into my diet was what I needed to do to be less hangry all the time. Yes. Hangry. It got bad. Don't ask.

Diced jalapenos. No calories and make bland stuff more palatable

Basically. Pretty much anything hot -- jalapenos, pepperoncini, sriracha. I crave hot more than anything else, which is helpful. Well, pickled also.

    - Flavored vinegars... I sprinkle them on salads and don't even miss the oil.
    - Coconut milk.. Unsweetened vanilla (only 45 calories a serving!) and a "green" protein powder mix like Katie's gluten free greens
    - half an avacado for a snack... ~115 calories and kills my hunger
