Update: skin is clearing. It was my protein powder.... it's not not even whey, it was Vega. Stopped the protein about a week ago ... skin stopped freaking out almost immediately.

Well it's take approximately 21 days to form a habit. Log . Every. Little. Bite. Remember how you feel after you eat the food and strive to make a conscious effort to eat cleaner next time.

I've heard that for every inch from the 5 foot mark 5lbs plus or minus 3lbs it's a good marker with a healthy fat to muscle ratio. IE - 5'2" - 110lbs, 5'3" - 115 lbs, 5'0" - 100lbs

Consult with your doctor to make sure! I've read in some text ( im an EMT) That 300 calories extra to what your maitinence intake could be. There are so many variables to take into consideration though. So if you eat 2000 cal a day you should do 2300.
