Ever consider a probiotic? Good flora makes a world of difference with a BM as well as nutrient absorption.0

I'm very bummed about this because with my stomach being bloated constantly, I can't really see the progress I'm making at the gym. I also eat things like prunes and drink coffee to get me moving and nothing. I don't want to go to the doctor's either because I feel like they'll just tell me what I already know and put me on a pill, which I think is probably unnecessary. Anybody out there have the same problem???
Are you drinking enough water? If you're eating a lot of fiber and not enough water it can cause that bloated feeling and you won't go.
You also might want some colace or another stool softener to make things easier.0
