Just hit the cardio or weights a little harder that day to "earn" that snack. Its life so dont beat yourself up about it just make sure your next meal is healthier

Well lifting heavy will burn more calories by raising your HR because its more taxing on the body so i dont think your numbers are innacurate. But weightlifting will build muscle which would probably make your scale go up or stay the same by adding muscle and burning fat

Upping your calories might help since your very active. By more calories i mean a clean high protein meal to help fuel your recovery

Congrats on beating your addiction. I have'nt lost a big amount but for anyone trying to lose 10 to 100 could still use the same encouragement and motivation. Good luck and take it a day at a time. Add me if u like

Like everybody said u just have to build up to it. When i started i could barely do 5 mins so i would add 5 min more every other day til i didnt feel like collapsing anymore. Good luck

Whats up. I would say lift heavy with higher protein intake for a week or 2 and see if it makes a difference first before doing more cardio

Whats up? It can be discouraging when the people around u are not into at least some level of fitness since there choices will effect u like going out to bar binge drinking etc. i know the feeling!!

Its all about the calorie deficit at the end of the day but pasta tends to bloat me so i limit how much i eat of it. I def wouldnt eat it for dinner if i was going to sleep soon after

I've been doing it for 3 months on and off. The first couple of days is the hardest. I work overnight so its easier for me since i can hardly eat at night. My window is 3-11 when i eat and during the fasting hours i drink plenty of water. In total i lost about 25 lbs and my goal is to lose about 20 more. Its not for…
