I workout either early in the morning before the sun comes up or i use my treadmill with a fan on. You do get used to it eventually. Good luck

I'm watching my food closer. I also started a 12 week online fitness challenge. I'm in week 4 and feeling stronger but my eating needs work. So I'm back here....again!

I go back and forth too. It can be so hard. I am getting a little better with exercise jut my eating needs work. You can do it.
