How much are you eating in a day? It could be that you aren't eating at surplus and are only eating enough to maintain. Look at a TDEE calculator which will tell you how many calories you use up in a day and add a surplus to that as a goal so around TDEE + 500. Eat lots of high-calorie foods or make smoothies if necessary.…

Eat at surplus ( calculate your TDEE on a website like iifym and add about 500 cal onto that figure. Lift, I recommend about 3 times a week to give your body time to heal, I like strong lifts 5x5 it's a free program and because you have access to a gym you'll have all the equipment you need for it :)

There is a lady at work who swears by over night oats, she uses rolled. I've yet to try them but they sound like a quick breakfast!

Feel free to add me. I do have occasional junk food but on the whole have a fairly healthy diet. Currently trying to gain weight so constantly eating at surplus but I try to get my macros in and eat pretty well :)

Hi I personally would also want to see a doctor who wants to look into why you suddenly lost your appetite. I don't want to worry you but certain medical conditions can cause this therefore leading to quick weight loss. I presume you're in America? I work in healthcare in the UK so I'm not sure how it works for you to get…

Currently desk job and mum so fairly active when not at work chasing after my little one! In September I'll start my midwifery degree so I'll be really active, 12 hour shifts running between wards, beds, delivery suites and birthing rooms and in and out of theatre. Going to be exhausted, exciting though!
