Also, I eat about the same amount of calories, sometimes less, and if I don't get at least 40-45% of my calories from protein I struggle mightily. Everybody is different, but without protein I rarely feel full.

You can do it! Like the other posters said some days are harder than others. Eat early if you have to. Hunger sometimes fades as well, especially if you are busy. In the end... being hungry for an hour isn't the worst thing you can be. Remember why you started. Good luck!

My fiance is 5 foot 2 and currently 114 lbs. She started her journey about 30 pounds heavier and as she got closer to her goal she was eating about 1,200. She felt great and had no health effects from eating this way. We would also be sure to have a nice cheat meal together every week and that probably brought the average…

But in all seriousness, our goal should be education and assisting, not trying to use the truth like a hammer. Ever hear the quote, "Say what you mean, but don't say it mean?" This is my belief. CICO is the answer but to tear down someone within their first 10 posts is counterproductive, rude, and self-righteous. Take care.

You can do it! It's so much simpler than our minds make it out to be. 100% is diet and exercise is a bonus. Find you TDEE and eat less than that! YOU CAN AND YOU WILL DO IT if you focus on WHY you are doing it and keep it simple!
