  • Hi! Turning 41 this month... Always yo-yo'd. Had a 3 year streak here until last Thanksgiving. My clothes don't fit now. Funny how quick the weight comes on when I don't track. My mom's health is not so great either... It's like a glimpse into the future. Better to take charge now then pay the price later.

I won't do it everyday as I don't have it in me after a 12 hour shift and I modify because my knees can't handle things like broad jumps, but I feel like just completing it will make me that much stronger.

  • I sincerely hope you have good results with it... I tried the OTC brand Alli once. I remember not finishing the bottle because I got the runs really bad. TMI maybe but I had bright orange stains. If you can keep your fat intake lower, I think they recommend 15 grams per meal, you might have fewer side effects.
