Mush Fridge Oats

Has anyone tried the Mush fridge oats? I have fallen in love with them but can't afford to buy them on a regular basis. Since each container only has a few ingredients, it seems like it would be easy to figure out the recipe. Has anyone had any success?

Didn't know what they were so googled, they look like overnight oats.

1 part oats to 2 parts milk, I add a teaspoon of chia seeds to mine. Leave in the fridge overnight.
Ready to eat in the morning, experiment with toppings you like - I just eat mine with fruit.

Yup--look up "overnite oats" and you'll find scads of recipes.

I love making my own so much more! I've tried mush oats and don't care for the yogurty texture. I have a whole board dedicated to overnight oats on Pinterest. Here are couple of favorites:

I don't like the texture of overnight oats. But this is my favorite oatmeal recently:

    Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal:
    40g rolled and/or quick oats
2 tbsp 0 calorie Toasted Marshmallow syrup
    16.5 g walnuts
    64.5 g chopped medjool dates
2 tbsp Planet Oat oat milk
    about 1/8 tsp cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg & cloves
splash of vanilla extract if you want

460 cal, 80g carbs, 14g fat, 8g protein, 11g fiber. Absolutely phenomenal. Cook the oats in saucepan with 1 cup water, and incrementally add all the ingredients. You can mess around with the amount of nuts and dates. Sometimes I only use 1 date. Can get this down below 400 cal pretty easily.
