Are you working out? My scale isn't moving much. But i feel more muscular. So my body is reconstituting itself. I'm getting smaller, but muscle weighs more than fat.

Only 11 people have seen your post yet, maybe seems really quiet right now.

Thanks for doing this. I did the math and needed to add more workout time. So I added an extra 1/2 mile to my daily walk/run thingy. Thanks for the inspiration. 9/2 Low Impact 17 minutes, running 23 minutes 3.75 mph (40) 23 hours 20 minutes 9/4 Low Impact 17 minutes, running 30 minutes 3.75 mph (47) 22 hours 33 minutes

Count me in. I'm a mom of 2 boys ages 14 and 10. The 14 year old is a high functioning autistic person. But he is starting to be able to be more independent as far as self care. It seems like it should be easier now that they are older. But I am homeschooling them and the oldest is not an independent learner yet, in most…

I steal ideas from Hello Fresh. I make a lot and put it on the fridge to pull out.

I have sciatica. A physical therapist worked with me and gave me exercises that have made all the difference for me. I would seek medical attention.

Any time is a good time to switch your diet. You want your daughter to eat a balanced diet of Whole Foods anyway. It takes a bit more time to slice up fruit etc. but there is no reason for kids to chow on tons of goldfish crackers and white flour. It does get harder keeping teen boys fed this way - but so worth it!

You could do yoga and calisthenics and incorporate her into your workout. Push-ups with some extra weight on your back. ;) Do sit ups and give her a high five every time you come up.

Ovulating makes me retain just as much water as TOM.

Are you exercising too? If so, your body could be reconstituting itself.

I am so sorry. Death sucks so bad. Therapy sounds like a good plan. Walking also helps regulate brain chemistry. And my husband actually found great comfort in going to the gym.
-
If your anxiety is that crippling, I'd look at medication. There is no shame in fixing broken brain chemistry.

I figure, I can do,anything for 15 minutes. Sometimes that mantra is what pulls me through.
-
I use a 15 minute low impact video I get from Amazon prime for free and the. I walk for 20 - 25 minutes. I'm adding in jogging in intervals.
-
Once I was comfortable I started bringing the food into focus.

For me, it was easier to start with exercise. So my goal is to exercise 5x a week, every week, for a month. Then I get a prize. I'm trying to keep it beauty related. Like a trip to Sephora!

Yes. I am 46, 2 non grown kids (13 & 10) but definitely in the beginning menopause stage. Which is SUPER AWESOME! I'm not doing keto though. I am just eating Whole Foods for the most part. My main goal is to create healthy habits that don't require thought. Like every. Orining I have cottage cheese and banana. Later I have…

Not about weight loss. I was a larger woman when pregnant. I just ate healthy Whole Foods and a balanced diet. (5 fruits and vegs) and of course my pregnancy foods. Like ice cream the first time around. The second time was orange juice. I don't know why. But I needed to drink a ton of it. Use common sense, try to be…

Chose one goal that sticks with you. Mine was to work out, this one particular video, 4x a week. ( it grew, I added a walk run sequence) That was it. Then I standardized my breakfast, so it's a habit. I'm still struggling from there. If I could standardize lunch, life would get better. And damn, there's my next goal.

Damn Lynn. It sucks losing a parent, but that commment on top of it! Wow!
