    Set some mini goals! I find they help keep me motivated since my end goal is quite far away. Its way more fun to have stuff to celebrate along the way :smiley:

    I have found myself quitting and restarting frequently. The best motivation I've had has been the community and adding new friends on here. I'm more motivated when I see friends posting their success and failures. I've found I keep on track better when others are there for me. I'm sure there are plenty of people you can add on here to help motivate you. You're welcome to add me if you like! I use the app daily.

    Chose one goal that sticks with you.

    Mine was to work out, this one particular video, 4x a week. ( it grew, I added a walk run sequence)

    That was it. Then I standardized my breakfast, so it's a habit.

    I'm still struggling from there. If I could standardize lunch, life would get better.

    And damn, there's my next goal.

    Never give up, everything's possible.

    When desired, possible to edit your profile and fill in your (mini) (goals), looking it up when wanting to, to stay focused reaching your goals.
