    Not about weight loss. I was a larger woman when pregnant. I just ate healthy Whole Foods and a balanced diet. (5 fruits and vegs) and of course my pregnancy foods. Like ice cream the first time around.

    The second time was orange juice. I don't know why. But I needed to drink a ton of it.

    Use common sense, try to be healthy. But eat a regular amount, like your maintenance calories.

    And take the prenatal vitamins. It's not really the time for dieting. Your baby comes first.

    Hola! I'm 20 weeks pregnant today!

    I've only just got over HG and food aversions. My concentration now is eating my 5 a day and staying within maintenance calories. I've only started logging again today! Gained 3lb this week 0_o but still at a 1 stone 4 pound unintentional loss.

    Eat your cravings as a treat but you can't go wrong with carrying on calorie counting, it's hard to repeatedly get carried away when it's there infront of you that you ate 1698 calories of crap.
