Thanks. Found it. They have each sandwich in a tub so I can us those numbers. I didn't have a choice in this order; the presenter ordered for everyone.

Thank you anglyn1. My grandson is celiac as well and it is very difficult for him as he is only 11. Birthday parties, snacks after sports, etc. tend to be hard, but he has learned to manage by taking his own. Eating at restaurants is also a problem since most are not equipped with separate preparation areas. I imagine as…

Congratulations to you! You are all doing great on this way of eating. Keep up the good work and worry about it coming back once you reach your goal. You could begin to study maintenance now so that you know what to do.

Thank you all for your insight on what to say to rude people. Have some fun ideas now.

Let us know if it works. I stalled there for a couple of months as well. Losing again now.

How do you take the tumeric; how much, etc? The Prednisone could not be the cause since I was stuck before beginning.

So I have been doing this since January and lost 17 pounds pretty quickly, then became stuck. Knee surgery was in 2014; surgeon reminded me that I still have all of the tissues, nerves, etc surrounding the knee and apparently this is where the inflammation comes from. He gave me 6 days of Prednisone and I could see my…

You all have been so helpful. I have ordered from Amazon "Lifetime Calcium Magnesium Potassium Vitamin D and Boron" in hopes of helping my leg cramps and whatever I may be lacking in minerals. It advises taking 4/day. Does this sound correct even though my diet is not 2000 calories, which is what they base this on? Rice…

Someone mentioned that Erythritol is a "free" sugar. How about Stevia in the Raw?

tammylotz9, I have fibromyalgia also and yesterday thought perhaps that was the problem, but now I know it is not. I will increase my sodium and have ordered some supplements for magnesium, potassium, calcium and D3 (which my doctor has prescribed). If I can get it all in one tablet maybe I won't mind taking it. I have…

Thanks. I suspected magnesium. Going over on the sodium intake most days. Is there a potassium supplement or suggested foods for more potassium without increasing carb intake?

Thanks everyone for your willingness to help. Mm15g carbs, 90g protein, 87g fat, 1200 kcal are the goals. I chose 15g based on advise from my son who has been very successful on keto diet. He told me to be sure to eat enough fat. I am 63, 5'6", and now at 163 pounds down from 176. Would like to get to 150 and then…

I still don't understand how low carbers, get their protein and fat intake and eat veggies. I have not found any vegetable or fruit that doesn't seem to have too many carbs when I only eat 15g/day.

I had tried being friends but it just isn't going to happen. Everyone except her supervisor sees her as difficult. She is constantly looking for faults in others and pointing them out in an accusatory manner, sometimes even reporting mistakes/faults rather than handling them in a tactful way herself. No walks in the future…

Thanks for that answer. I thought so too.

I am using Map My Walk to map my walks but cannot exactly match calories burned to what Fitness Pal says. I find myself, just entering different walks from the menu until I find the closest calorie count to what Map My Walk shows and I am sure that is not the best way. Suggestions?? For example: I walked .91 miles in 9:34.…

I am at 1200 and any ideas for menus would be appreciated. Just been at this three days. The first day FP said I did not eat enough. Yesterday I was 50 calories over.

For me it is eyes. But really and truly the best man to me is one of integrity - honesty and willingness to help others. I have been married 43 years to that man and love him beyond belief.
