Fell off wagon for a while and trying to restart
Trying to remember; I'm 64. I have my macros set at 25 carbs, 110 fat and 80 protein. Is that reasonable? I have left for the day 12 cabs, 93 fat and 56 protein. For me the hardest part is deciding what to eat. Any suggestions for dinner? Thanks all. I am going to try to lose the 15 I gained back of the 48 I had lost.

Jersey Mike's
Went to a lunch and learn where they served Jersey Mike's subs. I took all the meat, lettuce, tomato, and cheese off the bread and gave the chips & cookie away. But I have no idea how to log that - it was turkey & provolone. The nutritional information on their menu includes the bread, of course. Any ideas?

Can you adjust to the net carbs in MFP? My carb count looks high after eating a protein bar even though it only had 4 net carbs.

Rude friends
Has anyone else had someone tell them not to lose anymore weight because it is making you look old in the face? Two folks have said that to me. MFP question
Is there a way to adjust the actual carb count in your food diary to account for fiber and erythritol? My counts look way higher than they actually are some days. I use the free MFP.

Atkins Caramel Nut Crunch Bar
It said 3 carbs. When I logged it, it was 17. However, I did subtract the fiber and sugar alcohols and came up with 3. Then someone mentioned that you cannot subtract all the sugar alcohols. Can anyone help with this? I think I screwed up. Still losing though.

Stuck
I have not lost weight in 3 weeks or more. Frustrated. Added exercise by walking and ended up with an $1100 bone scan as the knee I had replaced swelled and kept giving way. Everything ok but surgeon suggested Advil before exercise. Not thrilled with taking so much Advil. Suggestions?

Leg cramps
Does anyone else have problems with legs cramping during the night? When I am awake, they are still sore from the nighttime cramping. Am I missing a key nutrient that I need to add while dieting or is this just coincidence? Thanks everyone; I am becoming very dependent on you long time low carbers.

I am on day 38 and have lost 13 pounds. I have lost nothing over the past 7. I always have 400 calories left at the end of the day, am eating 15g of carbs (not net carbs), under on my protein intake. Do you find you are not hungry?
Keep getting the message I am not eating enough from MFP, but I am meeting my goals for keto most days and find that I am just not hungry. Does anyone else experience this?

Why is there a wide variance in nutritional info for the same foods on MFP? How do you determine what is correct?

Low carbers
Feel like the weight is coming off too slowly. Checked and I am in ketosis. Today is day 24 and I have lost 9.4 lbs. Should I expect more? It seemed that my son lost much faster on this diet. Do you get bored with your choices? Side dish suggestions are welcomed!

Stress eater
I was doing very well, losing at a good rate (9 pounds since Jan 1). Yesterday a coworker and I had a confrontation that had been a long time coming. I then ate cookies, lots of them. Ashamed immediately but then it was too late. Pray that I can get back on track today.

Beef
I have a husband who loves beef and we are trying to lose together. Any good beef recipes?? I tried turkey burgers and they were a fail for him ("okay, but I like beef better"). Any way to make turkey taste more like beef burger? I tried turkey spaghetti and it too is a fail. He does like turkey chili though - yay!

Salad
If you enter a tossed salad, what is included in the toss? I find some things not real clear. I had lettuce, tomato, carrots, onion, strawberries, cantaloupe. I assume the strawberries and cantaloupe are to be entered separately.

Determining pace
How do you determine the pace of your walk? I walked .64 miles in 10:18, 1333 steps. IPhone says I burned 85 calories. What would you say the pace is? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
