Why is there a wide variance in nutritional info for the same foods on MFP? How do you determine what is correct?

    Options
    Because most of it is user entered and people are *kitten* for doing things correctly. Use you packaging...if it's bulk stuff like veggies or meat, etc tag your search with "USDA"
