You might see some initial results but that would simply be the muscles being activated and showing more. I would check my fat percentage, and if its at a low, I would go with eating at a caloric surplus, and getting on a proper progressive load strength program. Apart from Deadlifts and Squats, I would also recommend the…

The "butt" was purely fat it seems. You can't really control where you store your fat, and where you will take them away from either, unless we are talking about plastic surgery, liposuction or injections So if you plan on staying on lower weights, your other option is to create glute muscles. Its already harder for…

I workout often and lift heavy too. I love eating as well. The thing is though the hunger is not really related to the calories in this case. I would recommend eating a huge vegetable meal. You can get away with big portions that way.

I would ask this here . Negative calories are usually not enough steps for that day. Even the sedentary setting of MFP considers you to walk around 5000 steps (unsure about exact amount) so if you have a desk job etc, you might be getting negative calories, being under that.

Did you check the "Single and looking to get married and have kids by next week" post?

Honest answer? It's probably gas. Usually depends on what you eat. Its natural, people look different depending on the day, their carb loads, their bowel movements etc etc. You are not going to have Instagram flat stomach 24/7.

If you have a set workout schedule that you follow every week, I would recommend going by weekly splits. Something like, say you go to gym 4 times a week, burn 600 each time, 2400 total weekly calories. Thats around +340 calories you can eat per day. Lets say your maintenance without workouts is 1860, so you can eat 2200…

I think binge eating is the issue here. You can't just eat low calories for couple days then get away with huge amounts of calories. Lets say your maintenance is: 1800 calories (Arbitrary number, depends on your life style, body type etc etc). You eat 1500 for 4 days, 300 deficit per day so you are in 1200 deficit total.…

lol I dunno why I thought of the way they've turned like "The Voice" style:

Lol I am sure I've had more embarrassing stuff happened before but just this week, I was warming up my shoulders with resistance band for the OHP's. Of course, I don't clasp my hand, so it hits me right in the face. I was giggling for a good 10 ensuing minutes, after the shock passed. People around either didn't see it, or…

This sounds like you have made your mind. Please go and see a therapist again, some issues can not be solved in a short amount of time, and needs a lot of healing. 5 lbs, or 10 lbs, doesn't matter, you need to solve some issues inside before worrying about small things like a few pounds. You said you have two little ones,…

I mean you use a simple math equation and it says you are a healthy individual? Yes, it does sound too good to be true because, well, its not true. BMI is a simplified statistical tool for companies & researchers to "dumb down" the input for bigger analysis tools. You can't realistically get the data for a certain…

You lost me there. No further questions.

This depends on how its originally sold in the packages. If its sold frozen, then its frozen weight that is written on the back. I am also confused by the question, 28 grams of cheese is 70 to 100 calories (a range?)? If you take it as a 100, it makes sense that 55 grams is 200 calories, nearly 2 servings. Honestly though,…

Meh, sadly these type of analysis are extremely difficult to validate, as it's not really possible to have controlled environments for the said data. The source is questionnaires as well. Another meh. This is simply a statistical analysis with questionable results that the authors inferred from the said data with no…

That's a mouthful, isn't it  When people ask why I eat a whole chicken at one sitting, I usually smirk and say:

You picked at "2 oz tuna" after you said you were hungry? Gee I wonder why they thought that was weird. Dunno, it sounds like it triggered you enough to make a post about it online.

I am not sure if what you mean by real athletes, like, professionals with a call away to their dietitians, massage therapists, strength coaches etc etc? Well turns out I don't have any of those on my fast dials. So I need to pucker up and try to estimate my TDEE, workouts, rest days, while navigating through my "real"…

Just know that sounds like you are going to be your own worst critic. So nothing anyone can say could really be worse. Just be selfish and don't really care about them.
