Oh hell, I thought this was a thread about PBR, what is PB2 anyways?
-
Not that I have any idea how to make it but if you are into Indian you can also make a Dal with them. Maybe you can find something online.

I had a two egg omelette with coffee and two glasses of water.

Don't worry this thread has taught me a whole lot....

I am on that 100-pound journey myself.

Not in the least, I was hoping to have a constructive conversation about the different chemicals and additives that it's ok to put in foods in the US but are banned in many countries around the world, but I figured out pretty quick that nobody cares so I stepped back and won't be starting any more threads on the topic.

My research began with my then kindergartner was having severe behaviour problems in school. We have since found out that he has a sever allergic reaction to a number of petrochemicals that you find in many common foods, dyes are some of them he also has reactions to TBHQ which is a petrochemical used to preserve anything…

OK folks I won't bring it up again, certainly not my place to tell anyone what you should and shouldn't eat.

I just don't know if I can take the ups and downs of weighing every day.

Here is my goto, not sure if it's borning or not. 2-large egg omelet with .5 c of baby spinach and .25 c of button mushrooms and 1 tsp of bacon bits. Wilt the spinach and diced mushrooms in cooking spray before pouring in your whipped eggs (I add a dash of milk to make them fullfy). This will give you a filling breakfast…

A two egg omelet with spinach, mushrooms and green onions will fill you up for less than 200 kcal.

Here's what I have found that works, skip the chips they sneak up on on you. Order ala carte traditonal mexical tacos like the tacos al pastor, al carbon, carne asada or barbacoa. Have them dressed with only raw onions and cilantro and ask for a salsa verde on the side. If they serve them in double tortillas, eat only one.…

I am on that 100-pound journey myself from 325 to 225! Good luck you can do it!

I really believe our family is much, healthier, despite my weight not being where it should be, by going to clean eating. Before Fiengold my kids were at the doctor almost monthly, we have not had a sick kid doctor visit in 21 months.

We have a large garden each summer producing a lot of our own foods, have hundreds of jars put up from the growing season in spring and early summer. A couple of months and we'll put in the winter greens (kale, rape, turnips and collards).

Not so much casein and gluten as it does salicylates, the sals are big triggers for our kids.

On occasion we will use thin sliced zucchini as a pasta substitute in both lasagna and like in place of linguini. It ain't perfect but it's not bad either.

Nothing fancy but here is a all natural hamburger my wife made for use the other night. 85/15 beef, home made buns with a tsp of mayo, spicy mustard, red onion and spring mix with some Multi-grain chips, think that was about 600 calories.

Free gym, gotta love that.

Hey bro. I'm in the same boat over the past 8 years I've lost 63 and 71 at different times, now back at 325. I have set my goal of about 30 min of cardio 3-5 times a week and go from there. If you want a great cardio training that also is a great strength training see if you have a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in your area.…

I feel ya, we have small kids and live about 35 min from the nearest gym. We invested in a pretty decent recumbent bike. It's not perfect exercise and we only got middle of the road one about $500 but we can both get in a good workout while not losing focus on the kids.
