I'm in, I'll do the abs challenge, fifty push ups and 100 crunches daily. Might try the hip thrusts to strengthen my back muscles. Any one know any back muscle exercises without weights?

I'd like to continue working on my Abs and Arms. Joanna's the one to ask really, she's knows about some good abs and arms exercises. Day 25 done! :)

Day 18 done!! Two and a half minute plank is really enjoyable :D

I get bored doing squats! Day 17 Done, not looking forward to the two and a half minute plank tomorrow!! Two minutes gets me swearing! :#

Day 16 done. I don't do the squats. Thought the crunches were hard yesterday, obviously a rest day for crunches today but the two minute plank is :s !!! ha!

I'm working :(. Was looking forward to it as well! There is still another two games on in London though. And a few on TV tomorrow :) And the Ryder Cup! Come on Europe! Us Brits love being European :neutral: haha

The NFL is popular in the UK and Europe. Its on at a reasonable time. I have american nights, put the NFL on and eat and drink American style. Rugby's good, I have only played in a couple of games. Prefer, soccer, cricket, athletics and a bit of fishing.

Patriots fan, because I'm from England, UK. NFL game on in London this weekend!! Oh yes! Will be wanting the Jaguars to win as they come over here a lot. Are tickets expensive in the U.S.? Over here a decent ticket starts at $300. :( Could probably cross the pond and watch one Stateside for cheaper!
