Welcome everyone - not long to go now til we start!!! so pleased you are going join me!! I thought we could start by introducing ourselves so that we can get to know each other a little better!!
I am Debbie, 43 years old living in South West Wales UK. I have had ME for 10 years and have struggled with it having to leave my job and being unable to do much in terms of activity. I used to be very active - competing my horse, gym, dancing - so it's not unsurprising that I have put on weight over the years. I had gone up about 3 stones I think - 3 months ago decided to do something about it. So far I have lost 21 pounds- still got at least 10 pounds to go though. Really loving MFP getting to know new people and going through it together!! The support has been invaluable.
I have my own Accountancy practice, working from home. STarted it 5 1/2 yrs ago and it growing over time to the point that I now have had to take someone on part-time!!
I am single and live alone with 2 cats - yup a crazy cat lady lol!! I also have 3 horses and a few fish...6 -
I'm in with one exception, bad knees may keep me from the squats, but the rest may be do-able. I'll give it a try though!2

I'm Linda from Virginia, USA. I'm a mom of 5 grown kids and memere to 7 beautiful grandkids. Actually just found out #8 will be arriving in May
I started my healthy journey a few years ago to help deal with some of my health issues. I lost weight, unfortunately I found some of it again last winter during an extremely stressful family situation. Looking forward to continuing on this journey with some new friends and sharing encouragement and motivation with each other along the way.3 -
I'm in. Thanks to @Joanna2012B for helping me find it! We are also trying a pull up challenge together...and I'm kinda scared...lol, but I'm also excited. It sounds like it is more of a training routine that can help you improve your pull up performance. I can currently do 0, so it will be interesting to see if I will be able to do some in the one month time frame.
As far as an introduction, my name is Lesley, 36, married, no kids, 3 dogs, accountant from Illinois near St. Louis. I have been on this weight loss journey since about 2008 with a plateau & then 30 lb regain from 2014 until the end of last year. That was the breaking point. I have since got back on track and am between 2-5 lbs from goal depending on the day. Total loss will be 94 lbs when I reach goal. Yeah!! My biggest source of satisfaction is when I find out that I have inspired others in my life to work on being healthier!! One more day of burpees and I'll be ready to start this challenge!!5 -
This looks like a great challenge and lots of fun! I'm definitely in! Thanks for the invite2
