I'm in with one exception, bad knees may keep me from the squats, but the rest may be do-able. I'll give it a try though!

I'm Linda from Virginia, USA. I'm a mom of 5 grown kids and memere to 7 beautiful grandkids. Actually just found out #8 will be arriving in May
I started my healthy journey a few years ago to help deal with some of my health issues. I lost weight, unfortunately I found some of it again last winter during an extremely stressful family situation. Looking forward to continuing on this journey with some new friends and sharing encouragement and motivation with each other along the way.

Here is the post for the pull up challenge @Timothyh27 mentioned. (Sorry if I lost the links when copying and pasting...hopefully you can still get there.)

Get your lats and arms in shape this fall and challenge yourself using the Armstrong pull-up program.
You can follow one of three programs designed for Beginners, Advanced pull-uppers, and women.
The challenge will utilize the program set forth here:
    http://armstrongpullupprogram.com/

The group page can be found here:

Push ups on toes will come, doing them from your knees is good. Modifications are all good! There are many variations too!!
