October Squat, Crunch, Plank and Push up Challenge - starts 1st October

Following on from doing a couple of challenges in September I was looking for something in October so that we can build on the hard work we have done so far.

For the planks and push ups - do them at whichever level you are at - the aim is to build your strength not to fail. With the plank challenge also - it gets rather crazy in terms of time as the challenge progresses - aim to reach the full time - but if you have to break it down into sets then that's ok - just keep going and hit the daily target in total no matter how many planks u have to do!!
