October Squat, Crunch, Plank and Push up Challenge - starts 1st October

day 15 done. squats-140, crunches-150, pushups-70 (30+25+15) planks- 1-1/2 minute. Glutes and hams are soooo sore from yesterdays training. So glad tomorrow is rest day on squats and crunches...I need it!1

day 15 = 18 Push up (on knees ), 95 crunches, 140 squats, no plank1

Day 16 done. I don't do the squats. Thought the crunches were hard yesterday, obviously a rest day for crunches today but the two minute plank is

Day 16... I am giving my body a full rest day today due to 2 physically rough days. I will catch up with what I missed today within next 2 days so I am not giving up... We are 1/2 way there!!!1

@Timothyh27 I put on music. I pick a different song each time I squat. Or do them while you are watching TV or a film! I too am not looking forward to the plank tomorrow! I listen to music while I plank too, it helps keep me from staring at the clock!0

Day 16-17... All done with exception to the 2 min plank from 16th... I will make that up on next plank rest day... It was all I could do to get todays plank in... I was proud of myself though for doing a full minute plank and then the second minute i had to break down into 3 20 sec planks.2

Try changing the position of your feet every 10 or 20 squats. I do 10 narrow, 10 wide, 10 sumo and then back again.0
