@Timothyh27 @Joanna2012B tagged us in an abs, legs, gluten one. You could do just the abs out of that one and I saw that @Spears1354 started a 30 day arm one. I've done that one before and was definitely seeing results by the end. If u want a familiar face there, I'd join it too. Hoping not over extending myself!! Lol. I feel lost as to what to do strength wise though when I don't have a challenge telling me what to do on a particular day.2

Day 26: Challenge Done! 225 Squats, 40 push-ups, rest day on Planks, and 135 Crunches

Day 27 done! So it was pointed out to me that it was plank rest day! Silly me I did day 25 over again ! So I did an extra plank yesterday I did the extra push-ups, squats and crunches that I missed yesterday!1

Day 27 done!! Can't wait for a new month to start and have lower #s again!! Lol. Was able to do the plank consecutively but switched from regular to each side then back to regular...no way I'd make it all regular, all at once!!2
