    @timothyh27 - only one November one I've seen under the challenges here so far. Looking all over pinterest for some ideas. Any particular things you want to focus on? Also, @DebbieNeedham1 are you doing another?


    I'd like to continue working on my Abs and Arms. Joanna's the one to ask really, she's knows about some good abs and arms exercises.

    @Timothyh27 @Joanna2012B tagged us in an abs, legs, gluten one. You could do just the abs out of that one and I saw that @Spears1354 started a 30 day arm one. I've done that one before and was definitely seeing results by the end. If u want a familiar face there, I'd join it too. Hoping not over extending myself!! Lol. I feel lost as to what to do strength wise though when I don't have a challenge telling me what to do on a particular day. :)

    You've been tagged!! Lol. Glad to have another familiar face joining us there! And, any minutes done for these types of challenges count towards our miles/minutes in the Amazing Race, so you are actually doing two challenges at once!!

    Day 26 done. Woohoo. We are getting there!! My legs are about to fall off, but we're getting there! Lol. ...oh no...also just realized it'll be legs day at the gym...uh oh!! :#

    No, thank goodness. I actually refuse to drive stick!! I tell my husband that if he ever wants a car he doesn't want me to drive, get a stick! Lol

    Day 26: Challenge Done! 225 Squats, 40 push-ups, rest day on Planks, and 135 Crunches

    Day 27 done! So it was pointed out to me that it was plank rest day! Silly me I did day 25 over again ! So I did an extra plank yesterday :D I did the extra push-ups, squats and crunches that I missed yesterday!

    Day 27 done!! Can't wait for a new month to start and have lower #s again!! Lol. Was able to do the plank consecutively but switched from regular to each side then back to regular...no way I'd make it all regular, all at once!!

    I thought I posted last night but not showing so Day 27 Done! Glad to see a comment above about a rest day today on part of challenge. Doing a happy dance!!!
