    Day 20 done...glad it was rest day on squats and crunches...then I did a Gilad workout, who likes to do squats and ab work among other things. Lol

    Planks- 2.5 min (2- 1 min planks and 1 30sec plank)

    Day 22 done. So glad rest day for push ups here and on another challenge where Monday through Friday I have to do 3 sets of as many push ups as I can...my poor body is so done with push ups at this stage. Lol. Happy Saturday everyone!!

    I did pushups today so Ican rest tomorrow. Lots of weight training today, chest and triceps, doubt I would be able to do pushups tomorrow!
    30 pushups
    185 squats
    150 crunches
    2.5 minute plank
    DONE

    Day 23 done. Keep forgetting to say thanks @Joanna2012B for the music advice during plank. I've been doing that last several times and it definitely helps!!

    No problem @lbenson2006 ! I do it for the squats and crunches too! I find it passes the time better! I love push-ups so much I don't need anything for them! I did 10 sets of 10 yesterday after spin class!!! :D

    Holy crap....definitely don't like them like that!! Lol. I typically have the local news on when I'm doing this in the morning but the planks are getting long enough that I need that extra help. :p

    @timothyh27 - only one November one I've seen under the challenges here so far. Looking all over pinterest for some ideas. Any particular things you want to focus on? Also, @DebbieNeedham1 are you doing another?
