    Day 28 done but had rough time with planks today ... kind of like above posts... one of those days.

    Day 29 done...only one more day to go...then a whole day off (at least from these challenges). Then start it all over again on 11/1!! Lol

    On a side note, how mean is that to go from 4 minute plank, which is hard enough, to 4.5 and then to 5 tomorrow...yikes!! :#

    Day 29 done! Did the plank without any breaks today or dropping my knees! Proud of myself! We did a 4.5 minute plank we can do the 5 minute one no problem @lbenson2006

    Last damn day done!! I crushed that 5 minute plank. I know it's twisted but I actually enjoyed it! I picked a song that was 5 minutes and not once looked at the the time counting down! The song was actually 5:41!!!

    Well done hun!!!! yeah I am defo feeling better than I was - got the November challenges printed out and on my fridge - so will start then - have really missed it but I needed to take the time to get better. Still need to build it up slowly - but fingers crossed I will get there!! :)

    Total slacker day for me today, at least for countable exercise. Later in the day I decided that I would just push this off and do it in the morning since we have the 31st as a rest day between challenges. It is a lot easier for me to get these things done in the morning than the evening and I chose to sleep in today, which was very much needed!! Had an awesome time with everyone here and hope you all are in the November challenges as well!! :D

    Last Day! I can honestly say I have never done that many squats or crunches in my life and have never done a plank! Lol... I had to modify but I made it a lot farther than I thought I would..Thanks DebbieNeedham1 for hosting this!
