Man, am I woefully out of shape!

I am half-in just doing the squats & modified (on the stairs) push-ups.
Day 1: 50 squats (two sets of 25); 15 push-ups (3 sets of 5)6 -

Day 1 done! 50 squats, 10 push-ups, 2 min planks, 25 crunches. Went over on some stuff.3

Day 2 done! 50 squats - 10 push ups - 40 crunches - 60 second elbow plank4

Day 2 done!! And ended up being motivated enough to do the elliptical on 5.5 hours of sleep.3

I do them in the order of, push ups, crunches, squats and then plank!3 -

I do mine plank, push up, crunch, squat!! Push-ups are my absolute favourite! I do many push-ups in a day!!!3 -

Too tired to do day 2. I think I am going to drop out of this challenge for now. May try it again next month. Knees were killing me today so about all I got done was planks.0
