I find that my tracker gives a good indication of when I have burned more calories than normal. I am set to sedentary because I work from home and on my laziest days I may not even reach 2000 steps. When I was working in an office I had my activity set to lightly active and would usually get about 8000 steps if I got less…

I read somewhere that you should do a task that gets your hands dirty. Can't eat with dirty hands!

^^This The marketing claims are less common in UK packaging but their use is on the rise. The traffic light system used by many brands is also a useful way to quickly pick out the most important information if you don't want to read through the whole nutritional information.

You can also adjust the percentages until you get pretty close to the correct grams. Mine are correct by around 1-5 grams.

I've been really pleased with my running in January. I've managed to keep up with my plan to run 3 times per week even if some of these were on the treadmill. In February I will complete my Nike 10K plan and then I think I would like to do it again with a slightly faster target pace as I hitting all the paces that I need…

I made 21 hours in January so I'm going to try and at least increase that in February January:21 hours, 4 minutes and 42 seconds

The same thing happened to me. Must be a bug.

What time do you eat dinner? Since I delayed my dinner to 8pm (about 2-3 hours before bed) I don't get snacky before bed anymore.

I love fibre one bars. Only 90 calories.

Well done and nice job on the photoshop undies ;)

Wow those abs!

I'm a bit shorter at 5"3 but I was a UK size 12/14 (US 8/10) at 150lbs and am now a UK size 10/12 (US 6/8) at 136lbs. I think I started buying some size 10 clothes at around 140lbs and when I was 132lbs I was wearing mostly size 10 so for me it is around a dress size every 10lbs. But again, I'm shorter than you.

Have you tried finding an entry that includes distance as well as time? You could just mentally count the number of laps and multiply this by the length of the pool (most are 25 or 50m). And note down this along with the time. I think speed matters more than what the actual stroke is.

I love Halo Top but its quite new in the UK so I haven't tried too many flavours. I've enjoyed vanilla, chocolate and salted caramel. Oppo is also good and has a bit more variety here.

I'm fine with low fat dairy products but I can't choose the leanest cut of meat. I find it too dry and boring. So for mince for example I will go for 15% fat rather than 5%, I need some juices!

I am 5"3 and 137lbs aiming for somewhere between 125 and 130lbs. I lost down to 132lbs from 150lbs last year but the weight crept up again to 140lbs in the latter half of the year so trying to get back to where i was before and hopefully go a little lower.

If you want to get some yoga in I would recommend Yoga With Adrienne. She is currently running a 30 day program with all videos available for free on Youtube. The first few videos are a bit longer but most are between 15 and 25 minutes.

I would also double check the food entries that you've used. Fat and protein often go together so it's strange to go over in protein but not fat. People are usually asking for the opposite (proteins without fat). You may well be dealing with an incorrect entry.

I didn't because I'm a non-confrontational person. I just pretended not to hear him over my music. Unfortunately I think I have been socialised to accept this type of behaviour but if I see him again and something similar happened I would definitely report it.

My mum had success with Slimming World just in that it encouraged her to make easy switches that helped her cut calories (semi-skimmed milk for skimmed, cauliflower rice for standard rice, etc). The problem is that she is now stalling and doesn't know what type of further changes she could make to her diet. She won't…

Does this fill you up? I would be chewing my arm off an hour after eating this. Personally I would add some chicken, egg or beans.

I'm cooking right now. Seabass with kale and jerusalem artichoke salad.

True. Also people often lose weight due to illness. Unless someone tells me that they are trying to lose weight I keep comments to myself.

I'm really trying to limit buying new clothes this year in order to help the environment. Thrift stores are great for this and a more fun shopping experience in my opinion as you get to dig around and find things that are truly unique. I don't really worry about sizes because different shops and different decades all size…

Welcome to running! My advice is to start with C25K and see if there is a local parkrun near you. Parkrun is such a friendly and motivating event and it really encouraged me to run more consistently.

Like a lot of you here dips are definitely a trigger. Once I realised that it was the dip that I liked and not the crisps I could limit the damage by sticking to crudities and still getting the salsa/sour cream/cheesey goodness.
