    Goal: More than December! In December I did 285.2 km (177.2 miles) = 37 hours 49 minutes. If I could get up to one of my previous Januaries, that would be great, but I did a lot in past Januaries!

    1/2=180min water class &water Zumba(FUN)
    1/3=1hr water aerobics+1hr bike
    1/4=2hrs water aerobics+20 min walk+ 30min bike
    1/5=1hr water aerobics,20min walking,20min bike
    1/6=1 1hr water aerobics+25 min bike+20 min walk
    1/7/8/9 Total=3hrs Water Aerobics +100 min bike+1hr walk
    1/10 =1hr bike 45 min walk with Leslie Sansone...making myself walk each morning with her,am able to do this bc I can sit if needed.
    TOTAL= 19 HRS So far
    1/11=120 min water aerobics+20min walk
    1/12&1/13=1hr walking +2hrs stationary bike bc No Y this weekend
    1/14=2hr.water classes+30min bike&=20 min walk
    1/15=1hr water class+30 min bike+30 min walk.
    1/16-1/21. Week 3 total=35hrs+30 min include water classes,bike&walking
    1/22-1/27=7hrs water classes,bike&walk
    1/28-1/31= 6hrs
    TOTAL for Jan.61 hrs,including water aerobics,stationary bike & walking
