Total: 1 hour, 53 minutes and 48 seconds

1/2=180min water class &water Zumba(FUN)
1/3=1hr water aerobics+1hr bike
1/4=2hrs water aerobics+20 min walk+ 30min bike
1/5=1hr water aerobics,20min walking,20min bike
1/6=1 1hr water aerobics+25 min bike+20 min walk

january 1st 19 min running, 35 min HITT (cardio), 12 min strength =66 min
January 2nd 37.02 running, 9.30 cardio, 18.06 = 64.38
January 3rd rest day
January 4th 24.11 running, 22 cardio, 18.11 strength = 64.22
January 5th 19.13 running, 20.40 cardio, 11.05 strength = 50.58
Total 245.18 min or 4 hrs 5 min and 18 sec.3 -
I haven't quite got an exercise routine going and the holidays have been a bit crazy. Update for last week
1/1 - 60 minutes
2/1 - 40 minutes walking
4/1 - 90 minutes walking
Just off to the gym and will post weekly update next Monday. Have an "energetic" week everyone3 -
