    1/7/8/9 Total=3hrs Water Aerobics +100 min bike+1hr walk
    1/10 =1hr bike 45 min walk with Leslie Sansone...making myself walk each morning with her,am able to do this bc I can sit if needed.
    TOTAL= 19 HRS So far

    I’m back from vacation, but now I’m sick 😭. Hopefully I’ll get back up to my regular speed soon ie cycling, weight training and more yoga!
    1/5- 1 hr walking
    1/6- 45 mins walking, 15 mins yoga
    1/7- 45 mins walking, 20 mins yoga
    Total: 12 hrs 40 mins
    I’m still sick so walking and gentle yoga it is. Hopefully I’ll be back on my bike and lifting next week. At least I’m preparing for my 400+ mile hike that I’m doing this summer!
    1/8- 30 mins walking on an incline, 1 hr 30 mins walking, 15 mins yoga
    1/9- 1 hr walking, 1 hr yoga
    1/10- 1 hr 30 mins walking
    1/11- 1 hr 30 mins walking, 1 hr yoga
