Day ? - 30 minute walk - I will get the days sorted out when I get home - at least I know what I have been doing is on here somewhere!

Day 5 - 55 minute walk Day 6 - 45 minute walk I am in the boonies and it's hard to even get in a walk because of the snow. It's lovely here but I do miss the convenience of home! Plus WiFi is REALLY slow.

Day 6 - 45 minute spin class and 30 minute core class, however I was really bad at the core class so it doesn't really count for 30 minutes. I need to do that class a few times to build up some strength!

@quiltlovinlisa - I love that positive attitude. I remind myself that every day is a victory and it doesn't matter which day you are on. I am traveling later this month and have my doubts about being able to work out for at least 2 days, but it actually doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is getting back up again…

I will be going back to day one, but it's not really day one because I have benefited from each of the three tries at getting to 100. I was at a client Christmas party on Friday - I had a lovely time, gained 3 lbs (not sure how!) and failed to work out the next day :blush: . But it's still all good, because life isn't…
