I'm somehow way ahead of myself. I had a Cliff bar with my coffee, worked out and had a fairly low cal lunch that turned out oddly filling (potatoes, baked beans, chard and a poached egg). So with my exercise cals I still have more than 1300 left.0

I have to wait 3 more hours before I can eat all the food.1

Despite starting the day with a bear claw and "taste-testing" two cupcakes while baking today for Christmas, it looks likely I'll end up below my goal for the day -- I've just been too darn busy to eat much else. I threw a frozen grilled chicken breast fillet in the microwave and topped it with some crushed tomatoes for a 110-calorie lunch. Thinking about having some flatbread with more of the crushed tomatoes and little parmesan for dinner. Maybe some cottage cheese.2

I know I did and I didnt log. we had our christmas dinner early(today is christmas eve). so tomorrow it will be leftovers if there is much at all.

Haven't had much to eat today... every time I eat anything, I get digestive distress. Sipping on chicken broth now.

I'm about 615 over, but over the week I made sure to eat as well as I could so it actually evens out. Still feel guilty and gross though.0

I went over, which is rare for me. I now feel like a moose. Tomorrow, back to normal eating.2

I had fewer calories than I expected. Still over but only by a few hundreds instead of the 3000 extra I had planned. I forgot that I spend the whole day without food and only eat the Christmas Eve meal. Well, I have more leeway for leftovers today which is nice. Plus more chocolate. More chocolate is always a good thing.1

I doubt it. I ate half a pack of biscuits, half a block of chocolates, some chicken, some ham and a salad lunch. I would usually eat 3x that amount at least (on Christmas anyway...). Had a rough day.0

Had I counted I probably would have been over by about double my maintenance...0

I'm trying to bulk at 1 lbs./week, but have only managed 0.5, at 3100 kcal/day. I haven't been able to find the calorie level I need to hit my goal, let alone exceed it. Every time I jack up my intake, I end up so full of energy that my activity ends up following suit. Bah.1

What I ate yesterday-
-'skinny' bread toasted with light cheese spread (started out low calorie)
-cherry turnover (annnd here's where we get started lol!)
-tortilla chips and a beef stick, with another triangle of light cheese spread
-snack mix (family tradition)
-3 pieces of Raffaello Coconut candies
-slice of apple breakfast bread with butter
-more snack mix
-cheese, crackers and salami
-more snack mix
-chocolate covered cranberries
-several apple pastry bites (70 calories each, I think I had 5 of them?)
Evening was cheesy bread and tortilla chips while hubby and I played PS4, after the kids went to bed
A day full of snacking and no actual meals lol. My maintenance calories are around 1,800 so I probably went over a bit, but nothing too drastic. Today will be more routine, with getting back to my 16:8IF schedule.

But I did do a 44.6 km bicycle ride + 2 km walk, so that would have somewhat offset the muesli, carrot cake muffin, crackers and cheese, turkey and veg, pavlova with whipped cream and fruit, and 4 little chocolates.

I cheated. I tried to add everything accurately and came up with 1350 for dinner, and just entered "Christmas dinner" from the database instead. I think it showed 1400. Close enough for me.
Today will be rough, by my choice. Dinner at Moms, then another at the in laws. Tomorrow I go back to eating properly.0 -

I consumed a little over 5000kcal yesterday and expect to consume about the same today but I'm in a bulk phase so the more the merrier!1
