Once a week is normal. I usually wiegh myself in the morning before I eat and after I pee * erm sorry* Obsession with the scale isn't good , You know ! ;D

FOR ME , I started doing cardio only " walking for an hour " then after 5 months I added lifting and strength training . If you are overweight like me " no offence " you should take it easy at first or you'd hate the whole idea of working out ! Good luck , hun ^^

Oh definitely!! As long as you keep to a strict diet as well! Make sure you ease yourself into it. For example do 20mins at first, then 30mins and gradually build up to 60mins otherwise you could hurt yourself! Feel free to add me , I like to support every one every day xp .

Just to let you know that I have heard from a trainer that 80 if not 90% of wieght loss depends on " clean eating " . Those exercise are for toning your body . A 30 mins of walking should help ! Oh btw , I would like to be your friend !!

First thing first , Try not to think about food when you are emotionally stressful . IF that doesn't help try stocking your house with healthier foods such as fruitandvegetables ,you can just eat a bunch of those without feeling bad. Thank you very much , I loved the article ,It was well written ! BUT , There is one question nagging me ! I am in 1400 calories deficit "Thus It is not working for me anymore " I thought I could simply switch to 1000 calories per a day but he said " It is not healthy". What am I supposed to do then???

I don't do the same workouts two days in a row . I mean if today I did legs and arms then tomorrow I'd do butt and thigh ~ I try new exercise every 3 weeks ^^ . I got easily bored so .. Yeah mixing up is perfectly fine :D

Use dump bells and search for 17 mins arms workout ( I recommend you x hit channel ) I've noticed a slight change , but not that much . As long as you strengthen your muscle up there , the fat will disappear quickly :D

I know what you mean . I used to cry like a baby on my first two weeks out of pain and tiredness , but I kept pushing myself to get more stronger . No one really stick with me at this and it was really hard . It will get easier I believe ^^ , Do not you want to be extra fabulous on your wedding day? ?? :*
