This is nothing more than a fad diet, unless you're medically supervised, eating less than 1,000 calories is dangerous. Your body needs the necessary nutrition to function properly. People write books over diets, because the masses of people that want to lose weight quickly will buy them.

This is actually my 5th time trying MFP. It works. Before, with each attempt, I think I wanted to lose weight at first, but ultimately become complacent. Not anymore! Try, try again. We can do this! Let's smash those goals!

Mine was when my cousin's bridesmaid dress wouldn't fit me. It was super embarrassing. They had to choose a whole new dress entirely.

I went vegan for a month. I suggest watching Forks Over Knives and the Engine 2 Diet on Netflix. Both documentaries helped me start out.

I'm not physically fit, but I did for a couple of weeks before. I was much heavier than I am currently. It's difficult, but I figure if I can do it 50 lbs heavier than I can certainly do it 50 lbs lighter. :)

Diet sodas can increase your risk of a cardiac arrest. And because artificial sweeteners are much sweeter than actual sugar, it does indeed make you want more. Your brain thinks you're receiving sugar and it wants more. Soda in general is horribly bad for you.

Depending on your current weight, you might not be eating enough calories for your body. That could be why you're having difficulty keeping on track. But each day is a brand-new day to start new and really rock it!
