People are gonna bad mouth it but I thinks it's a fine gym. It's cheap and the one I go to has everything I need. There are people there of all different fitness levels and I've never seen anyone kicked out.

I've never tried to use anything but olive oil. I did start using nothing at all though and it's works! Just pop the veggies in the oven with some salt and pepper. They aren't as good, ha ha, but they are roasted. Not sure if you could make sweet potato fries this way but it would be a cheap experiment!

Meditation works wonders for me. There is an app called headspace that is really great, especially if you are brand new to meditating.

There is an app called headspace that is really great. I prefer it to the calm app. It's the most non spiritual approach to meditation I have seen.

Peanut butter cup is the best one I've had. I just ate a pint of oatmeal cookie and the ice cream was good but it had Iike raw flat oats in it. That part was not great.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure you're getting enough protein (somewhere around .8 grams per pound of body mass) and maintaining your calorie deficit. Dietary fat doesn't make you fat, eating too many calories does.

This sounds weird but trust me. Rub some salmon down with Cajun seasoning and cook it in a skillet. A minute of two before you pull it out put a tablespoon or two of orange marmalade on it. It's great.

I do have pandora but it basically plays the same songs all the time. Once I thumbs up a song it plays it over and over and over. Is there a better music streaming service that anyone uses?

I like to hop up and go immediately outside. No robe or jacket. I'm always so groggy when I wake up but when I go straight into the cold BOOM! I'm immediately at 100%

It gives me a lot of clarity. It lets me focus on the bigger goals I have. It has also decreased my cravings for junk food. It's like being mindful makes me realize that junk food isn't what I really want or need.
