I am also looking for the same thing - sent friend requests to everyone here except for two I am already friends with. I am having an issue posting pictures and I'm going to try a fix tonight, but I love leaving motivational quotes daily and posting my thought and feelings.

I agree with sabulaboys4, Navydaddjtc and TwiztedAgony - I have a Bowflex that I got about 20 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I am working with a personal trainer that has tons of experience training clients on them, have used it constantly and am in really good shape because of that machine.

I totally agree with AFGP11 - I go to the gym alone not only because of my schedule and it's open 24 hours, but that's me time. I have also been working with a personal trainer for 4 months that comes into my home to do workout sessions and I love it.

Between walking and using an elliptical machine it has helped, along with a few other things, me lose a ton of weight. Good luck to you!!

What worked for me was low carb - I have shed lots of weight because of it. I also cut way down on chocolate (not out - we have to have chocolate, right?? :# ). I actually do not look at what I am doing as a diet, but more of a lifestyle change which has helped.

I still have pizza, but now I have only the crispy thin type. It's either this or I just eat the toppings (since I am doing low carb this is the best way for me) - from time to time I still do have pizza, though, but it was one of the hardest things for me to cutback on.
