I'm reducing the whole area with the abdominal exercises I'm already doing. This section however hasn't gotten the memo yet, so I wanted to know if there were any target exercises I could do in conjunction with what I'm already doing to get a better burn.

A portion of this helped. You don't need to download a whole new app, I just didn't know there was a 'step' option in the MFP menu to choose which app you want to use to track steps. Now I do! Thank you for this!

It is! I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting from both apps, restarting and even reinstalling the app. It's frustrating to not have my steps counted toward my activity.

Personally, I think it's great! I do agree with other people that you should try keeping it on a slight incline, but go for what works for you! I've seen lots of people use indoor tracks with zero incline and that's exactly what they wanted :smile:
