I'm trying to connect my Samsung Health to MFP to log my daily steps, and even though it says 'connected' there is no data being shared. Does anyone know how I might correct this problem?

I use the Map My Fitness app and it syncs with My Fitness Pal seamlessly. I tried the Samsung Health and it didn't work, got tired of trying to figure it out so that's when I tried Map My Fitness1

A portion of this helped. You don't need to download a whole new app, I just didn't know there was a 'step' option in the MFP menu to choose which app you want to use to track steps. Now I do! Thank you for this!0 -
I was having the same issue until I went into my Samsung health settings and found out gotta turn on the data sharing manually1
