I had so much trouble with my feet, anytime I had a day with a big step count I'd be hobbling. I recently bought a pair of brooks and my God my life has changed 😅 currently on holiday doing 18k steps and finishing the day with zero discomfort. Was worth every $ I may buy another pair 🤣🤣

I started keto January 7th I have lost around 8kgs/18lbs. After about 6 weeks I was beginning to get sick of eating the same food and have missed fruit and the occasional cracker etc. I have since added these back in and find I am still losing. I am much happier since adjusting my carb intake.

I have just completed my first 3 weeks of keto. It takes a little to get a good balance of everything and get your body to get used too it but I am 7kgs/15.4lbs down already!! I was skeptical too but just give it a go :)

I should mention we live permanently out of our van :) and we cook 99.5% percent of our meals. we also have a fridge in our van so do eat as much fresh produce as possible just finding it hard to keep to my calorie count down. Definately find it hard to avoid all the processed carbs. I limit them as much as possible though. We prepare all our own food which makes it alot easier just once or twice a week we have to opt for a packet of flavoured pasta to save money.
