I’m a single mom to 4 kiddos..all of my working out is at home or outside with my kids. I have a treadmill in my living room, kettlebells and free weights. I do a lot of body weight exercises. I’ve also done some videos on YouTube. We go to walking trails when it’s nice out.

I’ve been using MFP to count calories and doing C25K for about 2 months. I’ve repeated some weeks so I haven’t “officially” finished the program yet but I’ve lost 16 lbs so far.

Hi y’all! 5’1 HW 166 SW 151.6 I sprained my ankle in Feb. 2018 and gained some weight due to having to wear a cast and walking boot for what seemed like forever. I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day for the last 5 weeks. I’ve lost 10 lbs in the last 5 weeks. It took a little bit to find out what foods work for my body and keeps me full. I’ve found that protein keeps me fuller, carbs make me crave sugar and overeat and fruits/veggies are great low calorie snacks. I don’t really care…

5’1” HW 166 CW 151.6 GW 110 I had a bad ankle sprain in Feb and had to wear a cast then walking boot which seemed like forever so I gained a lot of weight :( I started walking last month and this is week one of C25K. Finally being able to exercise again without ankle pain. I’ve been doing CICO.

I severely sprained my ankle the beginning of Feb. 2018. I had a cast on it at one point and then a walking boot for what seemed like forever. I had to do physical therapy. I am just now being able to get back to exercising and I just started walking and running again without pain. So it was about 9 months for me.
