I loved slimming world - BUT - it doesn't teach you anything about portion control! I used to find myself stuffing my face with jacket potatoes and pastas because it was "free food"! I really really struggled to do this - when I was on slimming world I tended to stuff my face with jacket potatoes and pasta's etc (and speed food) which then knocked my calories waaay over my daily allowance! I follow the same as ninerbuff - If I eat late in the night I'll knock my breakfast on so I get the same amount of fasting time!! One bad day will not ruin a week - refocus tomorrow and start again!

I had the Fitbit charge 2 from Santa and it's the best present I ever got!! You can change the settings on the Fitbit so it only picks up movements as exercise as you require. Bodybuilding.com is pretty good - find a programme you like the look of or take a few elements from different ones! I also found Pinterest really good - keep it exciting! Get lifting - chicks who lift have THE best bodies!!

Everyone in the class are as focused as you are on the moves and not falling over! I had the exact same anxiety so I bought Just Dance for my husbands play station and spend an hour a day shaking it around the house!!
