When to weigh?

I am totally addicted to the scales...seriously...I can't help it!
Every morning I wake up... before my mind even thinks about my plans for the day, all I can think about is jumping on the scales! Luckily I don't get discouraged by weight fluctuation but is there really a right/wrong time (daily/weekly) to set regular weigh ins?

I weigh daily, in the morning. As long as the scale doesn't dictate how you feel, then do whatever works for you.2

Whatever day/days work best for you. It's more important that you do it in a consistent setting (usually first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom and before eating anything, wearing the same amount of clothing).1

so I will weigh my self 1st thing in the morning, then right before I work out, and then right after I work out.1
