Fitness Bands

I notice that the site is mainly aimed towards Fitbit and Jawbone fitness bands.
I've been using a Mi fitness band for a while to monitor my activity and sleep patterns.
I was wondering what people use and how.

    I use an Apple Watch to track sleep and steps. My cardio tracking/logging is done with a Wahoo HRM and I typically don't log weight training.

    Apple Watch here, too. I use the native activity and workout functions and it works well for me. Has kept me in line nicely and losing weight for a good long stretch.

    I'm a Fitbit freak and would be lost without it to be honest! Adjusted my entire life around it and it's made so much of a difference!

    Imhabe a Garmi Vivosmart HR and love it. It does just about everything possible, although I don't use the GPS as much as I thought I would.
