Very excited for the free wieght challenge! I've been trying to build upper body strength and my boyfriend got out his weights for me to use.

This is a big one for me. I tend to go all day with out eating somedays and then eat one big meal. I need to eat more throughout the day and watch my portions at dinner.

Not a recipe but try kind bars with dark chocolate. Not horrible for you (about 200 calories) and honestly sweet enough that half of one usually does the trick. Unless you've really got that sweet craving.
