  • Thanks for the input everyone. I appreciate it. I have cut it out, as I can't imagine it is really benefiting me much. I have plenty of energy since switching to Keto, so there is no benefit there. I'll keep plugging along!

  • I've made this several times using smoked samon, but it works well with crab and spicy mayo as well. Usually gets us through our sushi cravings. Doesn't help if you are going out, but it is pretty easy and fun to make. Doesn't take a lot of ingredients either. I usually have a spicy mayo with it as well.…

  • Good question. I was going to donate the other day and I was concerned. After some thought, I figured a diet soda and a beef stick or jerky would suffice. Plan on donating this weekend.

  • Yep, I just read the whole profile (distracted mind not getting much work done is it?) and it was spot on. More so than strengths finders, which was pretty accurate as well. Also in management (one of the youngest managers in any company I have worked in). Guess we don't like the data entry.
