March week 4 Username: miroller Weigh-in Wednesday Last week: 175.4 Today: 177.4 Disappointed to see the gain but to be expected. Tried to use Sunday-Tuesday to balance out last week's birthday indulgences but that strategy didn't quite work. Wish I was finishing up the month with another loss but oh well on to April!!

I hear ya! Going to bed earlier makes a huge difference for me too, as far as not adding on those extra unnecessary calories into the night. I also like to log my daily challenge a bit before I go to bed so I'm not tempted to eat any more :)

Thursday march 8th Tracking: yes Under calories: no Exercise: no. Planned on hitting a class at the gym but ended up staying later at work than planned and then I went home and had some wine. Cheers to trying again tomorrow!
