I had one of those this week too. A Sunday to Tuesday camping trip and, for some reason, I decided to throw caution to the wind, not log, and eat what I wanted. And now I remember why I don't usually do that! So, I'm also trying to get the scale number back to where it should be.

Well, my first day back home didn't go as planned, but was actually better than planned. So, for Monday and Tuesday (13th and 14th) I was camping. I had planned to log, but ... I did get plenty of exercise and enjoyed some seriously relaxing quiet time. Wednesday, I will be back to it. Logging, staying within calories and exercising. B)
