I'm new to all this my dr and this app say 1800 cal a day. I usually only get about 1500 at most, good or bad? That just seems like so much food, plus this adds cal when I do my daily steps.

I have been at this for 35 days and have lost about 12 pounds. I stay under my cal goal and walk an hr a day when weather allows dang ohio weather. I too am new here. I feel I eat more now too.i found what I ate was high and put me over so I've been cutting out the bad now I feel I'm eating more. Maybe seems more due to more stuff and now I'm eating more often.
