I looove ice cream! Halo top is so good. I've liked every kind I've tried. I've had the strawberry, chocolate, mint chip and most recently the birthday cake one. I like the birthday cake one the bestiest.

*raises hand* definitely harder to stay active with a desk job! ugh. i try to walk on all my little breaks, and hit the gym on my lunch... that way, if i don't feel like going after work to, or i'm unable to, it's not as big of a deal! :)

omg, you're a complete badass. fitness was NOT a concern with either of my pregnancies, but i definitely know better now. i only got stretch marks with my first, but i definitely didn't bounce back anywhere near as great as you have with either of them! goodness!

for weightloss? nah. it's about calorie deficit. but for everything else? i feel like it's purely individual.

sometimes gyms offer a complimentary session with one of their trainers! see if yours does. that way he/she can show you the ropes a little and/or at least set you in the right direction. good luck!

i hold myself accountable by logging every delicious morsel.... and then i start fresh the next day. i have, unintentionally, ended up fasting but it was mostly due to feeling bloated and blah from eating badly and too much. i IF anyways, so that may be another reason why having a binge would throw me way off.
