I drink Illy or Lavazza from La Cafetièreat home. Pretty much every bar in Italy uses the same brands. I went to the USA once and tried filtered coffee. An unpleasant experience for me.

Meal swap with your friends. If 5 of you make bulk of one dish each on the weekend then swap. You will all have a different meal ready every night of the week.

I am exhausted after diving! I thought the calories were right. Looking forward to finding out.

I'm training for my second half marathon. I'm Australian but moved permanently to Sardinia. Feel free to add me. Good luck!

Ive been active since October 2016. I moved from a house to a yacht, game changer. I didn't want to pollute the water in the marina so I started taking my shower every day in the gym. It was a small gym so I felt obligated to work out prior to the shower. After that I started a half marathon training plan and swimming…

Good luck organising a group OP. I might try the same for my long run on the weekend and see if I can find anyone to join.

So tricky! If I am diving or trekking I have those liquid breakfast snacks. Its more of a case of getting enough calories for those activities in a easy access format. I like the Sanitarium UpnGo for example (available in New Zealand). Nuts are good too. When flying I try to keep to normal spaces of time between meals…

Hey you can add me :) I started to do embroidery and cross stitch this year and now I am deaf to all the woes of the world

To help out you need to have wisdom. Op does not have wisdom around the best practice for weight managing an 11 year old. Developmentally it isnt straight forward like an adult because of growth spurts, cognitive ability and emotional maturity. Saying no can be kind. Side note, really I think the only thing a parent needs…

As a baby sitter this is outside of your scope.

Varies day to day but over the week it works out to be equivalent on 60 minutes per day working out and around 2500 calories burned over the week. Running 4 days per week, one day is a long run (nike half marathon training plan) Strength training 3 days per week (strong curves) Yoga (yoga studio app) a couple days a week…

What a clever idea. I hope this works for OP! :)

No need to stress about the stress eating. If thats what you need to cope right now then go with it. Most people have much more harmful vices under less stressful circumstances. Later you will be even more experienced in your caring role and have many new coping strategies and in time you will be able to let yourself feel…

Ok so you are experienced with this. But why b? Then your toe gets chopped off too.

Oh I've made the kale smoothy mistake. Very wise Sir. Best of luck with it. For me it goes best with compost as my chickens wont eat it either.

Strength training twice a week is recommended to combat the deterioration of muscles as you age. I understand that many cardio exercises do not activate muscles like the gluteus maximus. However by working on our muscles we can hope to enjoy a longevity in our cardio activites as strong muscles can help protect us from…

Wow! Of course the sample size was small but they found after the weight loss the contestants were burning significantly fewer calories in their resting metabolism for what would be expected for their size and weight. One person over 800 fewer!! Also multiple hormones leading to increased hunger and inability to feel full…

That looks really similar to all the fun activities I do! I am using the Nike beginner half marathon training plan, which is a free pdf online. Strength and mobility training is part of the plan and there is an app for these exercises. I do strength training at least twice a week as per the Australian minimum standard…

Tea! Lots of tea. Better loose leaf herbal tea with a tea pot to there is a whole process of preparing it in the kitchen and waiting a few minutes. Then when you drink the tea try to only think about the tea.

I believed I couldn't run because I inherited these non athletic looking shaped knees from my Dad. His family had long since agreed that they don't carry the genes for athletics endeavours. Well I am training for a half marathon and I have run 16km so far with no trouble from these little chubby joints.

The Dalai Lama recommends a vegetarian diet but he cannot be vegetarian himself as its not suitable for his body and health.

I had the 45 min commute to work plus a very challenging full time job. I was a cranky zombie when I got home and always tired. My doctor suggested I move closer to work, I gave him $80 and did what he said. My suggestions saving time are living in a small place, not having too much stuff, doing laundry at the laundrette…
