GettingFitTash Personal Challenge: to be purposely active everyday for 30 minutes Iβm training for my first 5K in April, very excited! Iβve been part of F2F for several months, it is very encouraging and motivating for me :) Iβm 47, married with 3 kiddos, need to lose about 40 pounds. Looking forward to a great month!!

I'm in! I started out strong with a group of friends and lost 13 pounds. They've all gotten busy and I feel like I've lost my support - I've still got 30 to go.!! Glad to be here!! :)
